A.L.E.X is operated under the NTMT brand ("Nobody Taught Me This") by an individual operator. The platform is accessible at ntmt.tech and alex.ntmt.tech.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, the Operator acts as the data controller for account and usage data, and as a data processor for any employee or company data you upload to the platform.

You own your data. All content you upload or create in A.L.E.X — company policies, employee records, conversations, files, audit records, and reports — belongs to you. The Operator has no ownership claim over your content.

A.L.E.X uses multiple third-party AI providers to generate responses. Your scenario inputs and relevant context are transmitted to these providers to generate responses. The following providers may process your data:
These providers receive only the content necessary to generate a response (your scenario input and relevant policy context). They do not receive your full account data or employee records outside the conversation context window.
Payments for paid plans are processed by a licensed third-party platform. The Operator does not receive or store your payment card information. The payment platform's own privacy policy applies to payment data.
Note on AI providers: When submitting DEEP scenarios with sensitive employee information, be aware that this content is transmitted to AI providers to generate responses. Avoid including personally identifiable information (full legal names, ID numbers, medical details) beyond what is necessary for the scenario.
All platform data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, distributed across secure data centers. We implement the following security measures:

Note: Data preserved in backups may take up to 60 days to be fully purged after a deletion request.

A.L.E.X is intended for use by adults in professional management roles. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal data through our platform, please contact us at admin@ntmt.tech and we will delete it promptly.
Your data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
