A.L.E.X (Advanced Leadership Engine X) is an AI-powered leadership reasoning platform operated under the NTMT brand ("Nobody Taught Me This"). The platform is operated by an individual ("Operator") and is not currently associated with a registered legal entity. The Operator intends to register the NTMT brand, logo, and software in the future.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of A.L.E.X, including all features, content, and services available through ntmt.tech and alex.ntmt.tech.
By accessing or using A.L.E.X, you ("User," "Manager," or "you") agree to these Terms. If you are using A.L.E.X on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
⚠️ Important: A.L.E.X is currently in early access (beta). The platform is provided as-is, without any service level agreements (SLA), uptime guarantees, or performance commitments.

Continued use of A.L.E.X after changes to these Terms or to the platform constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Upon receiving a valid license key, the Operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use A.L.E.X for your own internal management purposes, subject to these Terms.
Each license key is issued to a single individual manager. You may not:
Free access license keys are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issuance. After this period, access may be suspended unless a paid plan is activated. Data accumulated during the free period is preserved upon upgrade.
Paid plans (LEADER, MANAGER) are billed annually and issued via license key. All payments are processed through a licensed third-party platform that handles applicable taxes, VAT, and compliance in each jurisdiction. The Operator does not directly process payments.
You agree to use A.L.E.X only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

You, as the manager and user, are solely responsible for:
Nothing in A.L.E.X's responses should be construed as legal advice, HR certification, or a guarantee of compliance. The Operator expressly disclaims all liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on A.L.E.X outputs.
Your data belongs to you. All content you upload or input into A.L.E.X — including company policy documents, employee information, conversation history, audio files, images, and decision records — remains your property at all times.
The Operator does not claim ownership of any data you upload, input, or generate through A.L.E.X. This includes:
Your data is used solely to power A.L.E.X's reasoning engine on your behalf. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models beyond your own session context, except as required by the underlying AI providers (see Privacy Policy).
Employee memory data is retained for 90 days on the FREE plan. Upon upgrade to LEADER or MANAGER, all data becomes permanently accessible and is not deleted. On account termination, data deletion is available upon written request.
You are responsible for ensuring that any employee data or personal information you upload to A.L.E.X is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to GDPR, UK GDPR, Australian Privacy Act, and applicable US state privacy laws.
Paid plans are processed exclusively through a licensed third-party payment and licensing platform. The Operator does not directly collect payments or store payment information.
The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to A.L.E.X at any time, with or without notice, for:
You may terminate your access at any time by ceasing use of the platform and requesting deletion of your data by contacting admin@ntmt.tech.
A.L.E.X is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:

Your continued use of A.L.E.X after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
